We’re recruiting our new leader who will be responsible, in partnership with the Board of Directors, for all aspects of CISL’s operation – Planning, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Fund Development, and Community Relations. The salary range is $68,000 to $75,000 DOQ. Basic health care insurance for each eligible employee is provided with the option to increase benefits at the employee’s expense.
In this position you will hone your skills in all aspects of fund development from planning to implementation of successful strategies. You will have the opportunity to build your network of fund development professionals and to learn new skills and approaches to generating contributed funds. Successful fund development includes a strong community awareness program. Responsibilities of the position include creating and implementing a comprehensive PR and Marketing plan.
